Wsop Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

By using wsop (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "wsop"), you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between wsop and the user.

All wsop services – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, and other gaming products – are governed by these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to all terms.

On wsop, every individual only one You may open an account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held within them may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

All information provided at registration – including name, date of birth, phone number, and address – must be accurate and truthful. wsop may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to submit a National ID or birth registration certificate may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Account credentials are non-transferable – using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your password secure is solely your responsibility.
• Selling, renting, or sharing your account is against wsop's policy.

To register an account and participate in any gaming activity on wsop, you must be at least 18 Years or Older is required. This is a strict policy and wsop makes no exceptions under any circumstances.

Even after registration, wsop may request age verification documents at any time. If the user is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and a refund process for any deposited funds will be initiated.

Deposits at wsop can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other approved methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for Mobile Pay and Nagad).

• Live Betting: If there is a timing discrepancy when placing a bet due to delayed score updates in a live event, wsop may review the bet.
• Odds Error: wsop reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds.

Wsop's decision is final in all betting disputes; however, users may appeal through the support team.

Wsop offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• A specified wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time – typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Some games or betting markets do not contribute, or only partially contribute, to bonus wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Wsop may modify or discontinue any bonus program at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wsop. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing bonuses solely for withdrawal purposes (bonus hunting).
• Making or accepting payments through another person's account.
• Manipulating event outcomes or participating in match-fixing.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to wsop's systems or the use of unauthorized software.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.

Wsop detects fraudulent activity through advanced technology and human oversight. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users may close their own account at any time by emailing wsop support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance is generally refunded within 3 business days.

Wsop may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of Terms & Conditions is established.
• Failure to verify identity documents or providing false information.
• If the user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Under legal directive or court order.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Wsop is committed to operating a reliable and stable platform at all times. However, wsop's liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed at the user's own discretion, outside of approved bets.
• Unexpected technical failures beyond wsop's control.

If a dispute arises with wsop, please first attempt to resolve it through the support team. If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, mediation through wsop's licensing authority is available.

Wsop may update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, wsop will notify users via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account.
